About us

The owner-run agency was founded in 1994, and since 1995 welcome has been a “GmbH” (public limited company). The idea of running an event agency was originally put into action by Frauke Landsberg (Marketing / Concepts / Incentives) who together with Edith Rutkowski (Finance / Controlling) and Dr. phil. Bernd-Achim Stegmann (Concepts / Events / Direction) now constitute the management of the agency.

A manageable team of core-staff and freelancers with the professional know-how of event specialists form the basis of our agency. The close and continuous co-operation with our clients on a partnership level is especially based upon the family-like structure of our agency and upon the fact that you have one personal contact partner for your individual project. And this is the case for approx. 120 events per year, with an average of 50 to 500 participants per event. Not only in Germany, but in the whole of Europe, for well-known companies, organisations and institutions.
Gut Neu- Hemmerich, on the outskirts of Cologne, has always been the head office of the agency. Welcome.
